This privacy policy explains how iGaming Content Services (IGC) collects, uses, and protects information about registered users. When using our site, you consent to our online privacy policy. You must not apply for our services if you do not agree to this Privacy Policy.
Personal Information
When registering on our site IGC, we ask you to enter your name and e-mail address. We do not collect any other personal information unless you provide it to us of your own free will.
Personal information includes your name, billing address, email address, and phone number. Please note that we do not collect your credit card data. We use payment gateways to process your orders.
You may choose not to disclose your personal data to us. But in this case you won't be able to use our products and services.
Non-personal Information
We collect data from you when you register on our site IGC or look through a press release. We may also automatcally collect certain data even when you use IGC as a guest user. This to include:

We may collect your computer IP address, unique device identifiers and other device IDs. We may also gather your browser data, its type, language, OS, country of access etc. Other types of collected data include the ways of interaction with our website. We collect the information on various URLs, referring and exit pages, domain names, landing pages etc. The collected data may also include the number of clicks and the amount of time you spend on our website, and other similar information. IGC may also collect the location information (IP adresses, GPS data etc.) to improve our service with location-sensitive features.
Third-party data
We admit we may use third-party providers to gather and analyse the collected data. This to include browser cookies, Google metrics, data from your social media accounts etc. IGC uses cookies to save your preferences for future visits. We also use cookies to understand your interaction with our website, so that we can offer better experiences in future.
We don't allow third-party services providers using the information collected on our behalf. It can only be used to help us conduct and improve our services. IGC does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal information.
Any of the information gathered from you we can use:
- to personalize your account;
- to provide customer services;
- to communicate with you on your account, content, offer you new services and products;
- to improve IGC services based on feedback provided by registered users;
- to inform registered users of IGC news, updates and other service information.
After you've registered to IGC, we may send you transactional letters. These to include verification and welcome letters, billing notifications, advice messages, reports and other. We may also send you surveys or marketing notices that we consider may interest you.
Information security
Your personal information security is a top priority for us. IGC assumes all available safety standards to protect your personal data from theft, loss or misuse. Unfortunately, no data transmissions or storage over the Internet are 100 percent secure. IGC cannot ensure or warrant the absolute security of any information you submit to us. You admit that you do it at your own risk. You remain responsible for protecting your username and passwords over the Internet.

European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you more rights to control which data about you can be accessed by companies like us. Here’s a list of rights specified in regulation:

- The right to object data processing.
To execute your GDPR rights please contact us via email contact@igc-services.com. Please use the email you used to register in IGC, as we will have to perform a customer identification process. We'll respond within 30 calendar days to your request. Please keep in mind that IGC can to retain customers’ personal data as well as additional documents for the purpose of preventing, detecting and investigating by the competent authorities, possible money laundering or terrorist financing. To comply with AML/CTF regulatory requirements, a copy of the documents and customer’s personal information will be stored in our system for a period of five (5) years after the end of the business relationship with the customer or after the date of an occasional transaction. Please be aware that AML/CTF regulatory requirements overrule the GDPR requirements. In some cases where we do not have reliable methods to remove your data, it will be automatically cleared within 6 months after data retention period expires.
If a customer request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, we reserve the right to refuse to act on the request or impose an administrative fee.

Cookie policy
Cookies are a small piece of information saved in your browser storage. They are used to improve the customer experience in pages and helps third party services to work properly.
IGC uses cookies extensively in both public page and the product. Most of the third party providers we use set cookies in customer browser to facilitate their services. Private data is never stored in cookies, only anonymous identifiers or other preferences. Data retention depends on the cookie policy but not will not be more than 24 months.

IGC reserves the right to adapt or change the terms of this privacy policy at any time. When we provide any changes, we revise the update date. If there are any significant changes in material or other vital terms of the privacy policy, IGC notifies you by sending you an email.
